Javier has a degree in economics and an MBA from ICADE and currently works at Banco Cetelem España. Prior to this Javier has worked at Santander Consumer Finance, The Royal Bank of Scotland (UK) and Volkswagen Financial Services. He also established Toyota Financial Services in Spain where he worked as CRO for 12 years. Javier has over 22 years´experience working in risk, managing score models, Basel II, business policy and fraud prevention.

Pieter van Tienen
Director, Fraud & ID EMEA

Joining Experian 3.5 years ago after having worked for eBay/PayPal and Payment service Provider WorldPay, Pieter has ten years of experience in the online payments and fraud industry. For Experian, Pieter is responsible for all commercial Fraud & ID activities in Northern and Eastern Europe and the Middle East and he will be able to bring some international perspective to the on-going discussions around the developments of cybercrime prevention.
