Cory Munchbach Analyst, CMO Professionals – Forrester Research
Cory's research examines the technologies, data, and processes required to deliver a complete brand experience across the customer life cycle and, particularly, along the path-to-purchase. This work includes analysis of consumer behavior, implications for marketing and business processes, and the CMO's role in leading a customer-obsessed marketing organization. In addition, Cory focuses on the marketing implications of digital disruption, particularly as new digital tools meet consumer needs and offer a means by which to build deeper, stronger relationships with customers. Before becoming an analyst, Cory spent two years supporting the CMO & Marketing Leadership team and researching shopper marketing and brand building.

Carol McIntyre VP, Customer Relationship Management – New York & Company
In her position as VP of CRM at New York & Company, Carol oversees all email, direct mail, in-store programs, partnerships, customer research, and the Rewards Private Label program for the company. Her main objective is to optimize marketing dollars and increase profits, while using data to engage customers with messages that are compelling and relevant in order to build long-term relationships. Prior to NY&Co, Carol was the Director of CRM at Toys R Us, where she oversaw all direct programs – email, DM, Geoffrey BD, and loyalty. At Toys R Us, she launched the company’s credit card program in 2006 for both Toys and Babies. The program generated over 2 million new accounts and over $2.5 billion in sales. Prior to her career in retail, Carol worked in financial services at JPMorganChase, where she held various roles in marketing, mainly in the credit card area, as well as Prudential, where she held positions in the Voice of the Customer/Research and Marketing areas. Carol holds an MBA from Hofstra University, NY.

Daria Nachman Director of Marketing Research – ABC National Television Sales
Daria received her Masters of Fine Arts from Brooklyn College in 1986. Her time in graduate school brought the realization that she was no artist. It was numbers that appealed to her. A graduate course in broadcast audience research inspired her to pursue a research and marketing career. Soon after graduation she joined Blair Television as a research analyst. Daria joined ABC National TV Sales in 1988 as a Research Associate. She went on to join the Marketing Department and thus started her long journey of understanding consumer behavior. In 2004, as the department head, she changed the name of the department to Marketing Research to more accurately depict its mission. Working exclusively with syndicated research and having to position the value of her company’s content across platforms has made Daria a big proponent of data integration. |

Michelle directs the omnichannel marketing team for LastCall.com. She is responsible for marketing strategy and execution for the Last Call Division of Neiman Marcus, including LastCall.com, 30 Last Call Outlet Stores, and 6 Last Call Studio Stores. Roe joined Follett in 2013 and is responsible for the product strategy and innovation of Follett Higher Education division’s retail e-commerce solutions that service to universities, students and institutions across North America. Roe came to Follett from Redbox Automated Retail where he served as the vice president of Product Innovation and Customer Experience. Jodie began her career as a lawyer in London and specializing in data protection. She became involved with the protection and development of the direct marketing industry, joining the UK Direct Marketing Association in 1998, taking on responsibility for both UK and European regulatory affairs. She moved to Australia in 2001 and joined the then Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) as Director - Legal & Regulatory Affairs. From 2005-2007 , Jodie held the position of Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer of Acxiom Asia Pacific responsible for privacy and data protection compliance throughout the Asia Pacific Region. Jodie moved to New York in 2007 and held the position of Senior Vice President – Global Development for the Direct Marketing Association based in New York responsible for global operations and worldwide direct marketing initiatives. In this role she gained a unique insight and perspective on global direct marketing issues and played a key role developing international programs aimed at advancing and promoting direct and digital marketing. Prior to founding Southrock in 1996, John gained a PhD from the University of Melbourne and worked for a number of years as a consultant in the emerging online and digital media sector.
